    Team member was super kind and helpful and got the job done right in the end and I have a nice finished product. But I end up having to pay for some pages that she printed wrong which I think is unacceptable, and I had to pay an extra 1750 to have it done on the fly, even though I called a week before and they didn't say anything about that. So after calling my print guy in Verona who said it would have cost me $35 and then calling Bob's coffee shop who said they would do it for 14, I'm feeling pretty ripped off that it cost me $82 at your store

    I was shipping 2 items and wanted them packed for me. The associate helping me had trouble with the scanner reading the box size code. She ended up ringing it up a different way that resulted in me paying less for the box.

    the process to ship something simple like paperwork to mexico has changed, but FedEx has neither trained its employees properly to understand the change, nor retrofit their forms to account for this. It was a nightmare, given the wrong information 2x, and then had to hand write the correct information needed for customs in Mexico on every single page, in every single place.

    my item was not delivered to my residence. the resident who did receive it threw my item in the trash. please include unit numbers in your pictures when delivering items. a text might be good, too.

    I was sending extremely important, irreplaceable family documents. I did not feel confident that the clerk was entering the information correctly because he seemed confused and distracted. I was given the opportunity to confirm the shipping address, so I was reassured somewhat to see the correct address information. However, when I got home and reviewed the confirmation email, I saw that he had entered the sender's name instead of my name. In other words, the sent-from and sent-to names were reversed. I would strongly prefer to be given the option to enter the information myself rather than have a clerk entering the sender and recipient ifnormation.
