I weighed my package two days before I sent it one person weighs it and when I come in a few days later the weight and cost is 3 dollars higher. So,I like consistency especially when it comes to cost.

I do not enjoy being talked down to. Also not hard to be friendly or personable. I had a hard time hearing what she was saying and when she had to repeat herself she answered with annoyance. I had simple questions since I wasn’t too sure what I needed to do and she made me feel like I was an idiot or as if I should know. If she speaks to customers like this I can only imagine how she speaks to coworkers.
