    The women that were service to me, did not have pleasant or caring personalities at all. One of them was actually sloppy the way they replaced a box that I tried to use with a new one and just poured my luggage from one of the other without caring for the way things laid in the new box. I told her I wanted her do it myself after I saw what she did.

    I had to go to the store because I did not trust my Fed ex driver at my home. He has delivered two packages at the mailboxes but not to my door. Very disappointing because it was medication.

    I live at 40 Central St., #3. The packages were delivered to 40 Central Street and left on the sidewalk if you’re delivering to 40 Central Street #3 the packages should be placed in front of #3 otherwise why bother asking the unit number?

    seriously to send an envelope from Ft. Lauderdale to Davenport 3 miles away from your distribution center by way of Memphis Tennessee is just down right stupid but somehow if I paid 53.00 it would go to Davenport in one day!!! Never again

    On the shipping label it did not have the desk number but it was on the screen I signed and receipt. My medical records were delivered to the pharmacy instead of Gastroenterology which was clearly stated on the receipt. I spoke to a representative who told me that he reached out to the supervisor and they would call me back. I never heard anything I call back again. I got a supervisor who told me that she was off at 4 PM but she would make sure that she called me to let me know if somebody picked it back up and got it to the correct place. She did not call me. I had to drive 45 minutes myself to retrieve my records and take them to the correct location. I believe I’m owed a refund. I paid over $54 and then I had to go drive myself 45 minutes to the doctors office otherwise I could not have the procedure that I needed .
