Needless to say I needed help. The team was so helpful with me and walked me through step by step what needed to happen to get the output I wanted. They paid attention to me while still being able to multitask taking care of other clients that came in. They are a very busy store and you can tell they take pride in their work and making customers happy with the service they’re getting. I’m very happy with my invitation and will absolutely be back!!!

Today's experience had me request a refund and I went across the street to UPS where I will continue to go until I become convinced FedEx is committed to personal attention in its facilities rather than passing me off to some computer terminal that charged me additional fees, failed to provide me a shipping label and then the staff acted as if they had no ownership of the customer service experience. Instead they put me on a phone call with a brusk, rude "revenue" representative - resulting me in just deciding I'm better off dealing with my credit card company since no service was provided and it was clear the FedEx team was completely uninterested in providing customer service. Truly the worst FedEx experience I've had. I've had you ship snow skis, luggage, court filings, citrus, used clothing to Brazil! I just am at a loss for what I experienced today.

Tell me why I called the FedEx on Fairbanks to make some inquiries about printing a children’s book for a project and writhing 2 hours, Barrett got me a fully printed booklet of my digital book, numbers on a potential quote, and an absolutely phenomenal service experience. This was literally magic. I am astounded by this phenomenal experience at FedEx. It was so swift, so efficient, and truly heartfelt to be supported in such a thorough way. I’m glad I made that phone call. And I’m glad Barrett was the one on the other side of the line.
