    I think his name was Dean but the male person in the Buckhead store is exceptional! The last two times I went in he was able to help me and he was efficient and quick where the female was slow and not getting what I wanted to do.

    The first woman who helped me was great. (Sorry, don't have her name.) She tried everything to ship my package, but the system kept hanging up at the last step. She called Michael, the assistant manager for help. He said clearly he would help but proceeded to do whatever he was doing and then move on to something else without a word to me or his co-worker. I was patient. I said nothing, didn't make a fuss and just waited. After what seemed like quite a long time, I finally asked if Michael was going to help me. I was directed to another station, but Michael kept doing other things until he arrived to help me. He tried to process my package with a third computer, but again, the system hung up. He finally went to a fourth station, which had an older system, and finally the package got processed. But this point, I'd started a conversation with Michael, and I decided that what appeared to be an arrogant, uncaring attitude was perhaps shyness. Michael seems like a solid citizen, but somebody shouled coach him about keeping customers informed. If he can't help somebody right away, just tell the person, "I have to take care of something and will get do you as soon as I can," rather than just wander around the store as if he didn't give a rats behind about my issue. Beyond that, I found Fed Ex's online site buggy and basically impossible to use. That surprised and disappointed me.

    Experience at store very good. Disappointed package did not get there on Thursday, Nov 14 as promised. Tracking does show package arrived this am, Friday, Nov 15th.
