Matthew and Ophelia were both so pleasant answering my questions about a potential mail order I have upcoming, while effectively managing other ongoing activities. Andrew helped me with the copy machine, enlarging the pictures I needed, and showing me exactly what I needed to know to line them up properly for the desired results. Everyone was courteous and helpful and worked well together. A great team.

- Monday, April 29, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0i had to return a somewhat heavy item to the vendor via fed ex. i had my own box but i wasn't able to tape it up as securely as i was comfortable doing. Ophelia was terrific. she taped up the box so well that i was very comfortable leaving it with Fed Ex for shipment. i also asked her to use the 'HEAVY' label on the box. although she said they use it for pkgs over 50 lbs and she weighed my package. it wasn't that heavy but because i was concerned about the packaging, she put several "heavy" labels on the box as well. she also printed out my shipping label for me. she was great!!
