Pam another associate offered to help me at the customer service desk, print off a document that I was unable to print off which is something Brandi never offered to do. Brandi unwillingness to assist is very disheartening.

She was very professional and asked me if I needed anything else . Her personality was so sweet and she was very personal when I asked about packaging.

I don’t live far I check my oxygen before leaving house with Atlanta traffic I give myself extra time. Wanted to get my mother in Ohio her gift sent so she would have it for Mother’s Day. Which would make my mother day it got there after 2:30pm at 3 ish My family was happy and mother thanks Pam for making my mother day a bless one.
