Granted one doesn’t have control over the services people need but there was a family of 4 (3kids 1 adult) that needed passport photos. There were only 2 service attendants working. 1 taking the photo and 1 in the back, and a long line forming. Perhaps on a Saturday morning it would be a good idea to schedule 3 people so that the line can move even if another person is tied up in a long transaction. The other attendant did come out and help Those of us waiting in line but a third person would have been a lot better to keep the line flowing. Just a suggestion.

I was so happy to see him because he is always goes above and beyond the call. So much so, I went back last night and he wasn’t there and I could immediately tell the difference in Customer service. The staff wasn’t as welcoming nor did they offer to help

The male associate who was African American with a long curly ponytail was very rude, unprofessional, and has the most vile attitude. Very disrespectful and I simply will not return to this location. I was there to pick up funeral obituaries which were emailed. Then my cousin who lost her uncle called in as well to make an adjustment to add more by phone. She was told to have the person who was coming into the store to pickup the copies to pay the extra fee for the additional copies/ order. The store associate proceeded to argue with me about the initial email after he admitted to receiving a phone call about ordering more. He made a big fuss and huge commotion over something so simple while I’m grieving over a loss of a loved one. He complained u see his breath and stated, “im tired of these people who don’t know what they want.” Why are you dealing with people? Why are you working in customer service? I did not yell or respond to him just simply phoned the person who made the original order and she stated she called in to make the adjustments. All he had to do was have me email the pdf file to print more copies, or review my previous order and print copies from that file. It wasn’t difficult. All this could’ve been handled with no attitude.
