I usually prefer FedEx over UPS and now it is official I wont be choosing anyone else to handle these types of orderes, cant go wrong here! FedEx for the win

Both team members reached out to help me AND it was close to closing on Wednesday. They were patient, helpful and professional. They deserve 10 stars!!

She navigated some technical problems and was able to meet all my copy, fax and postal needs. She was friendly and kept her cool while helping a number of customers.

The self-serve works well too, a little tricky to learn the first time but if there is a long line (only experienced that once so far), the self-serve kiosks are an option. They do a very good job here.
- Friday, May 3, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I have been using location for quite some now and have not had any issues. The staff is very friendly and personable from my personal experience. We actually find time to get a laugh in from time to time. I ship and pick up on average about 5-6 days a weeks out of this location. When I have had issues which is not often the manager Tameka and her staff has always tried to accommodate me as we try to find a solution. I do however try to make their jobs easier. I walk in with my packages tapped, addresses written down, prepared and ready to go. This location does handle a lot of business. There are times I have seen customers come in unprepared (meaning not knowing where to ship equipment, etc) talking on their phones, then go on a rampage about they are in a hurry etc. giving the staff a hard time. I do understand that experiences does vary from customer to customer. But there is an accountability component that WE all play in society. I mean give people a break. We all could use a break and compassion-right! We never know when that day may arise that we need someone to extend compassion and grace to us.
- Friday, May 3, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Awesome People Awesome Place, I Went In There And Had 2 Use Their Computer To Print Up A Return Shipping And Packing Label That Was Sent By Email, U Can Use The Store Computer For .55 cents, After Finding My Email On The Screen My Mind Went Totally Blank As How To Print It Up And I Only Had A Few Seconds To Print It Out Before My Session Ended And I Have To Pay Again, I Panicked A Lil Bit, Nevertheless Tameka Saw Me And Without Hesitation She Jumped Right On In There And Took Care Of It 4 Me As Well As Shipped The Package Off 4 Me, What A Great Employee What A Great Store!!!
