    I tried to create my custom notecards online with FEDEX. When the online order was sent to Nick, he realized that they were not going to be correct and instead of printing them, he gave me a call to double check. Nick then walked me through the right was to create my project. Nick saved me from an expensive mistake. It would've been easy to just print the wrong thing with the excuse "well, it's the customer fault." Nick is genuinely concerned with making sure the customer gets what they want and I really appreciate his quick thinking. He is personable, professional and smart. I will look forward to working with Nick in the future. Great job Nick!

    I am at this location an embarrassing amount of times a month for work and Heather and the gentlemen that typically works with her I think his name is Robert, are the epitome of taking care of your customers! They are always so helpful and patient as I ask questions and have multiple shipments to different addresses. They always recommend the best products and go above and beyond to help. They both deserve a raise! Top notch hospitality and care from those two. 10/10 would recommend this location for the best possible FedEx experience. Please celebrate your staff and acknowledge the wins- they are awesome and so deserve it!!!!
