    I was quoted the cost would be 12.95. When I picked up the order it was around 40.00. They already were processing my card and not until I questioned the price did they mention the amount. In their defense , they had tried to contact me however I didn’t get the message. I would not have wanted to pay 40.00. It was only to print 5 copies.

    Had a 18x24 poster printed and I had to trim off the white outer edge myself because it was too big. They should have done this there.

    I would have liked to know that some of my files would cost $8 EACH before I had to pay more that thirty freaking dollars for 12 pages. Holy ***, guys, I THOUGHT this would be cheaper than owning a printer, but no.

    I needed 4 pages printed off. The clerk ask me if I wanted resume stock. Thinking it may only be a dollar or so more I said yes. It was over $15! Granted I should have ask the price before hand but at such a high price the clerk should have clarified the price before hand. I feel taken advantage of. I’m not going back there and I’m going to warn people about this shop.

    The first associate was rushed and not helpful since I arrived close to their leaving time. However, Renee was excellent and went over the top to accommodate a last-minute emergency shipment for me. If not for Renee, I would have been very frustrated and missed an important business shipment.

    Charged in full for the service at the time of the order. When I went to pick up it was an additional $76.85. One of the charges was priority printing because the order was over $50. When I dropped the order off I specifically asked if there was a priority printing fee and was told no. When I asked at pick up why I was not getting charged that fee she said it was because the order was over $50. My question was if the order was under $50 I would not have gotten a $17.50 fee - the answer was yes but you would have had an additional surcharge. I would have gladly split up my order for the $2.50 sur charge to not incur the $17.50 fee. Her response was well we gave you a discount on the lamination. Well it was their error in the first place and I am still paying the sur charge. Bottom line they messed up and were very rude about their mistake. The manager in the background said something about the way she was putting it in and hoped that she didn't get audited. Maybe they need to be audited. The pick up receipt was BWGK00306693

    This was the first time I have used FedEx printing services. I’m a small business owner and I use Canva a lot to create designs and print, but this time I was short on time so I chose to do a local pick up printing option. There was an issue with the file between Canva and FedEx receiving it And Nathan and Emily bent over backwards to help me get it redone in time. Their patience and communication was top notch and I am so grateful for their professionalism.
