Um- not your business. All you need to know is if I’m shipping anything perishable or hazardous, etc. Also- acted like it was my problem that his “new” system wasn’t showing my QR code, but the “old” one was. Seemed VERY inconvenienced by need to ship a box. And the only reason I used FedEx is because I was returning shoes. I would never choose them. UPS and USPS are much better choices! And around $7 for boxes?! You can get them at the post office for free! Hate this location and the people that work there!

While working with Chad, I got to see a new staffer, Eddie, provide excellent service to other customers. This is the FedEx store to visit if you're looking for exceptional service.
