I wasn’t able to get support from FedEx and there was a lot of runaround at the hotel. Manager Josh at Paris Las Vegas was very kind and helpful during an otherwise crappy experience, so big kudos to him. On Saturday, Josh was not there and the employees did not allow me the use of their dolly to transfer three 45 lb packages across the hotel to the event center. I am a 120 lb woman and transporting these myself was an absolute nightmare.
