Package handling fees are charged when you send or receive packages at FedEx Office locations at hotels or convention centers. These handling fees, in addition to shipping charges, are based on each package's weight.

D’Shawn worked with us over a number of hours and different return trips to the FedEx Office. He searched multiple times (and others searched as well). Just when we were about to give up and figure out a Plan B, D’Shawn found the box and saved the day!!! We are so grateful to him for his perseverance and patience. He saved us a lot of money, time, and stress by finding that box. VERY happy that D’Shawn was there!
