My only concern is maybe not a bad thing; since the helpdesk is located in the back of the store I’d rather see someone right away. Additionally, the configuration of the mentioned help desk don’t have a specific beginning for customers to form while waiting. It creates constant confusion with those whom are in line waiting.

And I was overcharged for the lamination. When I asked John about it, he just said that was what the documentation said. He didn't even check to see that the documentation matched what I received. I later looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged for 9 laminations even though the rest of the charges were for 3 printouts. I called the store and was told I could come back for a refund. When I got back (about a half hour after I left), I was told that I couldn't get a refund because it had to be done by a manager and they had already left for the day. I had to go back during my regular work hours (taking extra time off work) to get my refund yesterday. Don't think I'll be using this service again.
