Unfortunately, this time I was running late, with a 48*36 poster to print and a flight out to California in less than 18 hours! Solana at this Braintree location was AMAZING, and recognized this as the emergency it was for me. She answered every one of my very nervous and anxious clarification questions, even when I called back with more questions -- it turns out my first order had, in fact, been incorrect, and she helped make sure I got the final product I had anticipated. She answered every one of my questions calmly and patiently, offering wonderful customer support and making me feel confident that I would have my product in hand when I needed. And I did! When she heard my name for pickup she came over to show me the product and offer a few extra calming words that this little emergency had, in fact been solved. I am so so SO grateful to her for her assistance and prompt delivery of the exact product I needed! Please give her major kudos.

He expected that it would be ready on Friday. I did not get a call so I called on Saturday morning. The person who answered could not locate my order. After a few minutes, she came back on the phone and said that she did find it. I asked her why I didn’t get a call and she said that they are shortstaffed or maybe somebody was out sick. The female that assisted me in the store was very brusque. I pointed out to her that the fold of the trifold brochures were not aligned. She told me that it’s a machine that does it and she could not see any issue with it. I showed her how some were aligned and some were not. She asked me to tell her the number of brochures that needed to be reprinted and I would have to come back to get them in the afternoon. I told her that it was a Saturday and I was not going to be able to come back. She said that there was no way that they were going to be able to make the copies while I was still in the store. I asked her if she could give a discount. She said that she’s not a manager, but she would give a 10% discount. I was really disappointed with the quality of the work and also the rudeness of the Female worker. We will not be using this FedEx location again.

They helped me choose the best international shipping option, packaged for me and entered the delivery address. Where other places I’ve been to have not done any of this. This was the most seamless shipping process ever. On top of that, the art of customer service was not lost on them. They were incredibly personable and friendly.

However, I am concerned that the cost has gone up considerably in recent months. We are a small non-profit neighborhood organization, and even with our discount and tax-exempt status, it is a stretch.. I realize that the staff has no control over prices that presumably are sent by those higher up in the company who make those decisions, but I just want to express my concerns.
