They not only took time to help talk me through what I needed to ship my packages abroad, but when it came time to drop off the packages, they helped check over my shipping papers and double checked that everything was in order. They explained how the shipping process worked with kindness and patience. Annika kindly even wrote out instructions for me for my next set of packages, which I will continue to reference. Harry helped me get packages from the self-packing station to the shipping counter which was incredibly kind as well. All in all, Annika and Harry are rock stars who make what can be a stressful process entirely smooth.

- Wednesday, April 24, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I will like to notify my experience during my time at fedex on Tuesday as I was repairing the copy machine for replacement I notice unprofessional conduct towards an employee I don’t know her name but I witness and sparked and degrading behavior coming from the manager name Scott all I can do was keep my head down due to the fact I was only there for workplace repairing I witness yelling coming from Scott when his employee was trying to talk it out with him first it started from the front an then move to the back of the store when the employee came out the bathroom crying it felt like she was being targeted cause it happened out of nowhere Tuesday morning I really hope the individual meaning his employer is okay after yesterday cause it was really hard to witness I’m asking for this to please be checked it out cause the situation was abnormal to my professional experience.
