Stephanie immediately greeted me and came over to assist me. My print job was complex, and Stephanie needed her manager's approval. James, the manager, was off, but he accepted the call and was able to walk Stephanie through the process. After Stephanie did the test print, I noticed a dark space in my image that I could not fix. Stephanie then called Ms.Penny, who was on vacation, and she helped Stephanie make adjustments to my image. While waiting, Ms. Georgette reassured me that everything would be okay. The entire staff was involved and ensured my project was done on time. Thank you to the entire team. Everyone was so helpful that I offered to buy lunch for the ladies but they declined. I can not express how grateful I was that day to have my project completed.
