She provided me with all the necessary privacy my fax materials needed and was very friendly and empathetic to the divorce I am going through. Give her a raise!!

I was stuck in voice mail where the system erroneously thought I was calling about a package, and there was no way to back up and correct this, so I had to hang up and go through the whole call again. I finally reached a person, who I thought was someone in my local store, but from our interactions I figured out that she was not. I wish it were easier to call and get the status of my printing job, OR that there was a way to check this online.

But most impressive is how Debbie worked directly with a teen customer when she started to get overwhelmed with choices/decisions. Debbie was calm and empowering of a teen - that speaks so much of her professionally and personally. Debbie is the absolute gold standard in customer service!

I was not notified upon pickup that the paper was changed. I then called later in the week and asked for a reprint because it was not what I ordered and they refused although they had glossy paper in stock.
