Makalya greeted me with a huge smile and was very good at helping me estimate what the job would cost and had a great sense of humor and fun. I uploaded the files and she printed my business cards with no issue. I had a flyer as well, but when printed it was apparent that some Artifacts were in the file because I had imported a PDF into Canva and made changes and then downloaded the pdf. The printed file showed a lot of terrible artifacts. Makalya went to get Wyatt and he was very patient in helping me get things resolved. This really was far beyond and I told him I would go do some edits myself, but he insisted and we ended up fixing the file and printing it to look excellent. Very good people.
