The specifications for my printing were changed with a 2nd quote neglecting to follow guidelines from the first quote. I did not want the white trim, but full color. That was not done. When I mentioned it to the person I spoke with they told me they could do it but I would be charged for it stating it was not on the bid. I didn't check the 2nd bid, so maybe it was partly my fault. Either way, I don't think I will trust FedEx again with printing projects. The print office said they tried to contact me two days before by phone and email regarding questions they had. I did not have missed calls nor did I receive an email from them. Ergo, my printing was later than expected. The product was not awfully bad, but it was not what I wanted.

Mary took over and took care of me the rest of my visit. She knew how to fix the issue we had and got it done. My advice is to take the time to see what your coworkers are having a hard time with before jumping to conclusions that they don’t know what they are doing. Patience is key!!
