    Went in to have 100 copies made. Asked how long it would take. Was told we can do it right now. Failed to tell me there was an additional charge to have it done right then. I had to tell them I would have to come back the next day to pick it up because I was not going to pay extra. Clerk at first acted like it was a common charge until I asked to see the manager. I had to make 2 trips and argue with him!

    Team member (older woman) had a difficult time processing three boxes (same address) to South Korea. At first she told me the buyer's account # was not correct & she could NOT process this order. Then she switched computers & finally was able to process. When I questioned some of the info she gave me (no box could be insured for more than $500, correct address info, etc) she became very offended & said she did not appreciate my questions. I have been sending packages (of books) to this customer in South Korea & have never had such a difficult experience.

    I’m a former FedeEx Expres and FedEx Services employee. I worked for the company for almost 16 years. I like to use the 9th St FXO location in Durham, NC to ship out my packages. Usually I’m treated well. However, my last experience with one of your Service Agents on Monday left me a little frustrated. I no longer feel like FedEx is a customer oriented company. Honestly, the UPS Store on Hillandale Road is closer to my house and they provide greater customer service, and are generally just nicer (which I really appreciate-nothing wrong with making the customer feel like they are wanted and a part of the neighborhood). Now using UPS absolutely pains me, but I’m seeing no other choice after my last visit.
