I tried to file a claim and it was asking me for a credit card to keep on file. I did not care to do this and only wanted some money back since the package was not delivered on time. I will not use Fed Ex again nor will I suggest that anyone else use them either.

My husband and I were impressed with the high quality service we received. She even thought to ask if we needed to make a copy of the document we were mailing. Our package was delievered very timely - after USPS apparently lost the original version which we mailed Certified / Return Receipt Requested. We will go to FedEx first the next time.

But quickly, a female employee went into the back and never came out again. During the time that I was there (35min), I stood listening to the woman in front of me deal with the issues she had with her print order. One item was wrong, another item was incorrect, and another item that should have been printed was missing altogether. At this point, there is a line behind me of four people. Still, just one person at the counter, trying to handle everything. The phone starts ringing. Even the employee that finally figured things out, for everyone, was trying to do as much as he could. But, where was that shorter black female employee who ran into the back and yelled out at one point “I’m on a call, you’re going to have to get that…” to the gentleman in the front, as the phone rang? Hopefully my package gets packed up correctly and sent where I wanted it to go. I’m really not sure…
