Large scale printer is old/cantankerous so it needed to be restarted multiple times and I had to go back another day to pick up my prints. Thanks to the staff for persevering. Bummer they have to work with shoddy equipment and waste hours of customer's time (as well as paid on-the-clock hours) as they work with it. Fedex needs to provide functional equipment so their staff can be efficient and successful.

She would bring me 25 copies at a time as they came off the printer so I could stuff them for sending while I was waiting. It was a team effort to get the work done on time—for which I was most grateful!
