It was extremely fragile. Kelly was super kind and worked with me to ensure I felt confident in their packaging job. She also discussed my options and helped me to pick the most cost effective while ensuring it was thoroughly packaged & would not be damaged.

I called and was assured that it would be picked up at 1, no show. I took the package to the FedEx office and Chris was very helpful and took care of getting the package shipped. Thank goodness for Chris , but your logistics are terrible.

Rick was helpful. Ana was abrupt & did not understand the print job & wanted to charge me extra for her error. Was cleared up by Sabir. He has been wonderful
