Then he was super friendly and efficient showing me the quick drop off scanner with the iPad near the door. Charles was incredibly informative when I asked about printing services. Charles kindly recommended PDF format and explained how to get the print request going. I was so impressed I tried to tip him, he thanked me but very politely declined. I will definitely be back in to this location. I can’t believe I’ve been going to the UPS store for all these years….and I live right down the street! Thank you Charles I’m Team Fed Ex now!

- Friday, May 3, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Well before Robyn was going to send my package off, I started to use the copying machine and was unaware of several staples inside the papers I was copying, well that became a bigger issue but Robyn saw that I was having problems with the machine.....she completely solved all of the issues and definitely saved the day...she went out of her way to try and resolve those issues and then she sent those copies off to the intended party...hats off to Robyn....Mary August
