Michael allowed us to watch (after explaining ot was not a common practice and he would have to assist others when needed) as he put all of it the secure bin for shredding. All of the employees in the store were polite and courteous and extremely helpful. In a time as this where exceptional customer service is rare, your employees in this store were the exception. Thank you.

Great attitude, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve interacted with him before on other orders and he’s reliably helpful and pleasant.

When Trevyn seen what I was having printed, he provided his condolences right there at that time that was very thoughtful, I advised that I was going to be submitting my final order online due to the fact of not having the file at that point in time. I was making a rough draft so that my loved ones could see the program in approve of the weight of the paper , Trevyn had noticed that the print quality was not fitting to the paper and it made adjustments to make the print to fit correctly. After submitting the order online, Trevyn took it upon himself to call me before printing to confirm that the prints were going to fit to the page size, and that he had made the adjustments from our earlier discussion during the day. His customer service was above and beyond to satisfy customer during the time of a loss of a loved one. I will continue to use FedEx as my main printing source, I will continue to recommend any printing sources from anybody to head to FedEx.
