Said someone would call for approval before they would start. No call, when I called them because I needed a 24 hour turnaround and was getting anxious, they had started and still could not give me an estimate to approve. Did call later and share cost but by then I had no choice because I needed it and starting again somewhere else was not an option. I was not called when it was completed even though they knew I needed it, that morning. I went physically in at noon and they said "oh we didn't call because you said you needed it and we assumed you'd come in this morning." The name badges provided in alpha order WERE NOT returned in alpha order and it took two of us nearly 6 hours to get through the 200+ to sort them out. They changed the save print area, taking in more than we expected to be printed on our Bingo cards and it was too small to read. Then on the back they printed the portrait rather than landscape making the rules to play too small to easily read.

Extremely friendly, very competent and asked a couple of very relevant questions with related to the printing project-which happened to be a Supreme Court brief. She was outstanding!

I went to the website the next day and couldn’t file for a refund. I was told by another representative that I would have to wait for an invoice. This would delay the refund by more than a week! This was in addition to the problem with delay of a package, which was quite sensitive and required overnight delivery. Obviously I’m writing this because the package did not arrive as promised!!!

I finally went back up to the store and sure enough, my order was sitting under the counter with my name and number. Why was I not called. It is okay. I got my materials in time and the job was done well.
