The stick didn't work, so I was given an email address to send an electronic copy. When I came to pick it up, the job (normally $11 to $14) cost $24! I was told that if I had uploaded it to the website instead of emailing, I would have saved $7.99 - I was not told that when given the email address. The job was for a non-profit, and I feel we were ripped off. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I wanted to connect the order to a fedex account but they were acting as if that was outside of their job description and I was encroaching on their time. Moreover, they did not know how to do that. The suggestion they gave me was to come again later when the said person who knows things would be available. Very unhelpful service. I could have saved $30 by adding the account, but couldn't.
