This location is going to down and quick. I have always felt like a respected customer but not now it was like i was a bother.

She eliminated my stress and helped me get my item off to its destination. Thank you again! I wish I could remember the names of every person at this location, because they are all stellar. From the store manager (Tilley ?) on, the team is awesome. I hope Fedex monitors these reviews and rewards employees like those at this location who go above & beyond to assist!

Noah was extremely helpful and patient as we attempted to get to the bottom of the issue.
