Feeling overwhelmed and anxious, I arrived at the store just an hour before closing, following a referral from FedEx location in Cedar Hill. The manager there was exceptionally understanding, calm, and attentive. Despite my indecisiveness and emotional state, he patiently guided me through every option, even printing out examples. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding customer service provided. It was truly top-notch, and I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Took a while to get what I needed, but the team went over and beyond as the store was closing and I was very grateful for them to help me out. I will say, I've had plenty of rough experiences at this same location with other team members, but this interaction in particular was wonderful. The gentleman/manager onsite was more than helpful as was the staff working that night.

Leigh was able to convert my business card template to a printable format while keeping my needs in mind, and she printed and cut my business cards on the spot. Leigh was patient and courteous, and worked her magic on my project with outstanding results. She is a unique and valuable asset to the FedEx team. When I stop in next time, I will surely ask for Leigh, and I will trust her to recognize my needs and complete my projects with professionalism and ease. I gladly give my 5 star experience with Leigh a 10 out of 10 rating! She is a great example of fine craftsmanship and stellar customer service!

The entire team stepped in to help me get it lined up and the printing was still off. Leigh stepped in to help create a lined-up print and then cut them to work correctly so that I could have a product handout for an event the next morning. it was a big pain in the *** that was beyond frustrating, and I appreciate the staff pivoting to help get it done.
