    Please for the sake of errors ask what specifically is being shipped. New clothing must be in original packaging and/or with tags. My new clothes which was a Halloween costume is being returned due to no tags. And a new lip palm which is considered liquid.

    I visited the FedEx Store at 10022 FM 1960 Bypass Rd. W, Humble, TX 77338 (Transaction#: 940396420074) and paid to have two packages sent. I paid $133.19 for two mailing envelopes and shipping on two packages (one to be sent next day for the amount of $115.72). The associate was friendly and helpful, however, she placed the wrong label on both packages. Usually, I the address on my envelopes myself but it was so easy to just place the labels on there this time since I only had two packages. So, both of my customers ended up with the wrong delivery and I am just stuck having to redo both orders. I called the 1-800 number at the bottom of the receipt but I don't think the representative understood what I was trying to explain to her. She said I could do a "call tag" but I never saw on the FEDEX website how to get that done without calling back. Then I was told by the automated system that I could do a refund. Either way, it is not a good fix for my issue of serving my customers. I will not be this trusting in the future and I hope this issue eventually gets resolved but I am out on both ends and as a small business, this puts me in a bad spot with my customers. It would help if there was an actual way to solve issues in store or with a person easier than the current FEDEX setup.
