Adam was very fast and kind. He gave me different options to save me on shipping cost. He made my visit was pleasant. I will continue to only go to this location. Keith is also very kind and fast to get me in and out!

Had to ship something over night and Acacia and the Express manager were phenomenal. Extremely patient and so helpful when things were very stressful for me. Great positive attitudes.

She was amazing, the printer taking to long to send the code , she was so patient and helped through the process.

I had an oversized package that needed to be shipped and Adam and Keith assisted me in getting the item unloaded from the vehicle, getting it properly boxed, and giving me the best shipping rate for the box. They were both eager to help and thorough in answering my questions.

I officiated my son's wedding ceremony Saturday out of town and decided Thursday morning before oulling out of town that I would swing by and see if yall could help me pring and bind my speech with their wedding announcement printed on the fron and back so that I could leave it with my son as a nice takeaway gift. Justine was amazing. So kind, caring, and incredibly helpful with options and a quick turn on small, but very important project for me! Wow, she is such a great ambassador for your absolutely, positively brand of we get it done. Please commend her and encourage her to keep up the great work. Adam was able to help me navigate through a very complex group of shipping options I did not previously understand. With the help of his through explanations, I was able to choose a shipping service that was the perfect balance of affordable and timely. I have also seen him in the store on other occasions be very generous and provide an abundance of information to all the clients.

I have noticed Alisha’s work ethic everytime I have been in during her shift. Whether it be moving carts and boxes around, something in he back of the shop, or getting things cleaned up near the client work space, she is always hustling and has a smile on her face always. Today she was able to quickly get me in and out of the store as she always does

Adam did a great job in making sure he understood what I wanted and how he could deliver. He called immediately to let us know the graphic we submitted couldn't be resized and patiently waited for a better graphic. He looked for and applied discounts for an educator and provided prompt service with a smile! Promote him at first opportunity!

At first, my intention was to come by on a Wednesday or Thursday before 26 January due to that day being mine and my wife’s anniversary. as luck would have it we had scheduled maintenance on our home and due to the normal situations of life. It required myself to remain at home and not be able to get what I needed to get done prior to that day. That being said, when I showed up the manager of the store on duty that day, want to be through with what I could not describe other than meticulous attention to what my needs were helping me find exactly what I needed, and how to print things out properly for my wife. to say that I am computer illiterate would be a slight understatement and his attention to what I needed how I needed to have it done and how to do it properly or nothing short of the best customer service possible. And although it wasn’t doing a presentation or making a big order, the fact that he made time and devoted himself to my current situation help me pull off my 20th anniversary with my wife without a hitch. Truly wish I could remember his name off the top of my head and I do wish. The receipts that are provided would have the name of the person who helped the manager that help me that day truly deserves a kudos or if I believe, I’ve heard it right from other, FedEx employees, a bravo Zulu? Anyway obviously you have a good bunch of people working at this location. It was the Hurst location at 1488 West Pipeline Rd. Suite 200 keep up the good work I’ll definitely be back and I will definitely recommend it to anyone else I speak to.

I use this location frequently. It’s always a pleasure to see Brian when I come in to mail packages! He is always willing to help me with my packages and is an asset to your company!!

The store is easily accessible and parking is always easy. The store is busy, but the employees are efficient and courteous. Teddy was quick and honest about shipping times. This is why I love this location.
