I had a 25lb sleeping baby in my arms and he offered his assistance helping me locate my email. Even as he had a line that accumulated helping me he stayed calm and friendly assuring me that Fedex can get it done. Finally I got the email to go thru and we were able to get the code 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Mark is amazing at his job!Because of him I would return to this location

This man was so happy to help us all I will go to the store he is at every time!!!!!

She help me accomplished something that I only had the small window of time to achieve. The print materials I made there were using yesterday and today for two very different presentations. Since my flight was delayed for my Friday destination, Maria's willingness to help me was a blessing. She deserves a shout-out for representing FedEx so well. We all get in a bind and I am glad someone like Maria was there to help me.
