Ms Lily took over and walked me through this distasteful experience from beginning to end. She is very professional and knowledgeable in performing her duties. She seems a little but she really squared me away. I'm good for the rest of the year. Please keep her and promote.

When it didn't read my USB drive, she offered to just have it sent to her email and then to put it on my USB drive. We had some slight issues with the machine but was very patient and stayed to help me troubleshoot. I didn't realize it would be so pricey until the end though.
