What if that’s all I had in my account to use for the day? What if I had to use a public bus or buy sandwich? why a 5 dollar transaction with FedEx freeze my day????? Needs work, very disappointed.

I was almost in tears but she “leave the files with me!” She was so helpful and reassuring and got them done with the help of another FedEx Wizard named Edgar. I was so impressed with her above-and-beyond service and calming personality when I was in a crisis! Not only will I always go to FedEx office for my printing needs, I want her to live next door so she can solve all of my life-problems too! I bet she could!
