I ship at least twice a month to my kids in Mississippi and Brian was the first one to tell me a cardboard envelope was cheaper than the plastic ones and saved us shipping fees I thanked him for his information and told him he was first employee there that told me this as it is a great savings being I was paying over 100.00 twice a month

This FedEx location used to be awesome. Unfortunately since new management stepped in it has gone downhill terribly. The team members here are usually great, but the (assistant?) manager Brian is not. He doesn't acknowledge someone has entered the store until he's finished doing whatever task he was involved in, even if that is right in front of you. He is extremely rude and speaks with a bad attitude. Instead of listening and determining customer needs, he just wants to be the guy with all the answers. Our company has a daily FedEx pick up and we are all very familiar with packaging, creating labels, tracking packages, and FedEx policies. We don't need much help at the FedEx store as we do our own shipping every day. This is not received well by Brian, who acts as if no one else could possibly know what they are doing when it comes to shipping. He is also extremely nosy about what is being shipped, even when assured it isn't anything hazardous or anything that cannot be shipped via FedEx. This is strange since FedEx drivers don't need to ask so many questions when picking up our daily packages, nor do the self service kiosks need to know what is being shipped. We are a company that has used this location often for many years, but per the owner of our company we will not be using this location as long as this person is working there.

I work in medical device sales and in need of marketing material quite often and need a service that is prompt, professional and thorough and this location checks all the boxes. I am most impressed with Brian Seland at location TCMKK CenterCenter 0932 who is always multitasking with numerous customers while taking the effort and time to service my needs which can be complicated to some extent.

Brian always goes “above and beyond”. He specifically calls me when my fax arrives. I really appreciate this individualized service request. Brian is an awesome people person. As a customer I could clearly see how well organized and tidy the entire store had become almost overnight. Brian got it done and it was a BIG job!

I had two International shipments and your employee Selena was terrific. Friendly and professional. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great employee!

I was shipping 12 place settings of English Bone China to AZ and needed for it to be packaged correctly so it wouldn't break. Brian,the Mgr., was amazing with his customer service, explanation of opening an account with your company, and explaining the cost and how it would be packaged correctly so no damage to it while being shipped. Everyone in this office is very friendly and happy to help going over and above in their most excellent customer service and expertise. This experience exceeded my expectations in all ways. Thank you for having such wonderful people working at this location that are so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and service oriented. Brian and Selena are THE BEST!!!!
