I was print printing black and white document and it automatically chose to print in color. Not a huge issue on a small print job like this, but I used to print often and it is very frustrating.

Frank initially quoted me one price for my printing, and honored the quote even though the final total ended up significantly higher. I really respected that once he noticed after printing that he was still able to help me out as a teacher on a budget. The printing was really fast (I was prepared to drop off and pick up, but this ended up a 5-minute errand) and he made it easy to choose products. Kudos!

David was extremely patient helping me find, download and print the images on my phone. Without his help, I honestly don't know what I would have done. He was very patient and explained to me what he was doing and hopefully I will be able to remember next time how to do it myself. It is great to know that he or someone will be there to patiently assist if I do need help again!
