The nice young gentleman at the office asked me when I want my package to be delivered? and I said the same day, but when I received my receipt it was for the day after. I am not sure what was the reason and I could be patient so I didn't say anything, but communication wise it would be nice if I was given a short explanation of what happened.

Every time I walk into this FedEx location I am met with a friendly greeting. Both Mark and Sophie are extremely helpful and very efficient in getting my printing out in a timely manner. No matter how big or small the job from printing and trimming a gift certificate to printing volumes of packets and binding it for important meetings always gets done in excellence and on time. There was one time where I had 16 packets to prepare for an important owner's meeting for the following day. First thing the next morning there were several updates to the packets. Mark and Sophie reprinted all the packages in time before our meeting. They are always very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

We came into the store with a mountain of material to print. After doing a test print, it was clear that the formatting was wrong on our end. Sophie was patient and kind while helping us with every step of the process. Sophie didn’t make us feel rushed at all as we reformatted one by one. We went into the office as the last thing we had to do after a very hard day and the experience with anyone else probably would have been quite miserable just given the circumstances, but Sophie really hit a home run. And we ended up coming back to the store the next morning because she was so wonderful! Truly a shining example of a FedEx employee.

I went into the store frantic because I needed a semi permanent label for my business trailer and Sophie was Exceptional and went over and above to get my print done.
