    I called to discuss printing my poster a different size than what is available on the online form for FedEx. I have peers who did the same thing at a FedEx in a different location. At most, they spent 70 dollars. I spent a whopping $146! I did not have time to question why the cost was so high and I am still baffled at the price difference that I can only assume is due to the fedex location. I will definitely plan ahead to avoid printing at a fedex since it appears there is inconsistency in pricing. Unfortunately, I cannot rely on that. I learned a valuable lesson to question costs beforehand.

    Was charged 3 times but all 3 times the printer just printed an error message. Useless service!

    Uriel was amazing to work with. I had a lot of issues with my files at other printing locations and he listened to all of my concerns, assured everything would turn out and delivered the prints perfectly without missing a single thing. I will drive well out of my normal neighborhood to print with him in the future as he had exceptional customer service and was extremely dependable. Made my day, thank you!

    Jacob and Uriel were outstanding. I was immediately greeted and they went out of their way to help me get the 8 large packages I had shipped there. Not only were they incredibly helpful with getting all of my packages loaded up, but they gave me extremely helpful information that will save me a ton of time when getting ready to ship out. Their customer service was impeccable. Their attentiveness and kindness was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. FedEx at the Renaissance is lucky to have these two here!

    Uriel was great he was super helpful in showing us how to get all of our files together. He helped four customers who all didn’t know what we were doing so he was very helpful and he talked to us and was super nice.

    We had a RUSH project to print 1,600 memos in 4 hours. 800 of the memos were also to be tri-folded. The project was completed accurately and ahead of schedule! Excellent job!
