    Uriel was extremely helpful! I ordered posters and photocopies from my home in New Jersey, to pick up in Phoenix for a convention. I communicated with Uriel via phone and email, and Uriel was very professional and very reassuring. When something has to be done from a distance, and it has to be absolutely right for a very public event, it can be stressful. Uriel greatly reduced my stress by confirming all details carefully, and asking all the right questions about my order. Excellent customer service from Uriel!

    Uriel and manager Mark (I think his name) were so helpful for our event. They stayed open like an hour for us to finish printing stuff. Our documents were very tough to load and we had to send a few versions and the staff were awesome. We are so thankful as our event was a big event and they made it great.

    Jacob and Uriel made it so easy on myself and my team. They promptly provided support to us and far exceeded my expectations not only with printing on high quality paper and sometimes with odd sizes, but also being able to make foam board signage at the last possible minute. They were both happily ready to help and made our experience so seamless. If it weren't for them being available and on-site, we would have had a very difficult time getting what we needed in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the capabilities and speed of their team! Jacob and Uriel were great partners to work with.
