I did it and explained to her that the file was in an email and I needed to print it. She told me to email it to print and go. I did it and didn’t really know how to use the machine. I kept looking over to get their attention and they never checked on me or looked over to see if o needed help. I walked to the desk again and asked how I pay and if I get any money back after I push $5. Raquel said yes, follow the prompts. I felt rushed and still had no idea what I was doing and Raquel walked away. I had a hard time doing this. I felt like they gave 0 attention and could have helped more at the kiosk instead of staying behind the front desk. I feel like they just expect the customer to know how to use it and offer no help
