    First thing walking into the location, I noticed everything looked very neat and clean. Was greeted very friendly by Raquel and another associate. Raquel was extremely helpful and able to get the job done! Very happy and impressed with the service she provided! I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I’m in the area.

    This office never fails to provide me and the company I work for, the best customer service and experience humanly possible. I travel all over the U.S. and I have to say.....by far...the best FedEx location I have ever been to. Everyone that works here is amazing.     I asked Rekha to help me at the kiosk. She was uninterested and told me to scan print and go. I did it and explained to her that the file was in an email and I needed to print it. She told me to email it to print and go. I did it and didn’t really know how to use the machine. I kept looking over to get their attention and they never checked on me or looked over to see if o needed help. I walked to the desk again and asked how I pay and if I get any money back after I push $5. Raquel said yes, follow the prompts. I felt rushed and still had no idea what I was doing and Raquel walked away. I had a hard time doing this. I felt like they gave 0 attention and could have helped more at the kiosk instead of staying behind the front desk. I feel like they just expect the customer to know how to use it and offer no help
