I came into the store looking to have three packages shipped. She offered very poor service and support, and was condescending about her answers including asking me, “if I knew what a receipt was?”. She clearly did not know the processes to do simple shipping, and instead of helping to find answers, she refused to give any real support and asked unprofessional questions. I only received real assistance after I went to another customer rep and then speaking with her manager. She clearly is not qualified to work for FedEx, and has a terrible attitude that demonstrates she does not want to work for FedEx.
