I’ve been expecting a package for days from a vendor; when I call to track- or to check online - I get a message that “there is no scheduled delivery date at this time”. Cristal had me call Customer Service again, got me through to a Human Being, and he was also wonderful. He had the item traced so that a person would call me when there’s a status update. He also signed me up for text alerts. Both he and Cristal were friendly, helpful and very patient with me. Especially after a horrible experience with the vendor, FedEx has renewed my faith in Customer Service!

I had 3 separate transactions, one of which I had to call and get emailed the QR code while helping me he also was incredibly knowledgeable and effective with multiple other customers, still keeping an ear and an eye my way in case I had any issues or questions. Not sure if he is manager but he needs to be I tell you that. I have used FedEx for quite some time, Fedex is by far my carrier of choice, by a long shot. I have been into FedEx stores countless times, never has any associate has helped as much, seemed to be as knowledgeable, nor effective and efficient as Jesse. This kid rocks!!! He even stayed after closing to finish up my last transaction. If every fedex store had a Jesse, UPS, DHL, all of the competition would be put out of business and Fedex would run the logistical carrier world!!! Real talk! Sending nothing but positive energy and good vibes! Much love!
