I am so appreciative of his help and attitude. He was so knowledgeable and interested — a powerful combination.

Paid $78 to ship something that cost $50. This just cemented why I don’t normally use your services. The. The box was just patched together.

She charged me an additional fee. She waived the same fee for the customer before me. I asked for a waiver and she refused. I packed my own box just like the customer prior to me. She had a very bias attitude.

FedEx made it extremely hard for me to ship my package first I could not access my account number even through my account. Then the box had a weight limit.Because my account is a government account, I was charged for the box and drop. Which is messed up, this process was supposed to make my life easier, but it didn’t. Phil was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He was amazing! He needs a raise.
