    The gentleman working was friendly and welcoming (I embarrassingly do not remember his name but it was the morning of Sept. 17; I even checked my receipt but the name isn’t listed). He immediately helped me pick out the right-sized box for my shipment and even helped me pack it up nicely. He made the e experience easy and delightful. I am so appreciative of his help and attitude. He was so knowledgeable and interested — a powerful combination.

    This was at the San Diego Convention Center. I’d lost my sunglasses. Someone found them, contacted me and gave them to FedEx. Phil was wonderful and shipped them out immediately to me.

    Should know what the cost is prior to getting items packed up. It cost more to ship the item than what it actually costs. Paid $78 to ship something that cost $50. This just cemented why I don’t normally use your services. The. The box was just patched together.

    For the most part- everything was great. My only issue involves the shipping price which was very high.

    More staffing is needed for large events such as the one I attended. Especially when the event is ending we stood in line for almost a hour. The space is small it was only 2 registers open and gentleman closed us in with no air circulation.

    Box came in completely smashed. 98% of it were clothes so that was ok. But I did have a coffee mug that could have gotten broken.

    I needed a map printed in a hurry. Phil and Alexia explained the options and timeline very well. The final product was beyond my expectations and was completed within an hour. I appreciate the time and effort the they both afforded me.

    Female Customer Service Representative refused to give me the cost for Ground Shipping. She kept saying that Express was the way to go. She charged me an additional fee. She waived the same fee for the customer before me. I asked for a waiver and she refused. I packed my own box just like the customer prior to me. She had a very bias attitude.

    Phil is the literal best. I struggled so much throughout the process which was not his fault. FedEx made it extremely hard for me to ship my package first I could not access my account number even through my account. Then the box had a weight limit.Because my account is a government account, I was charged for the box and drop. Which is messed up, this process was supposed to make my life easier, but it didn’t. Phil was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He was amazing! He needs a raise.

    My original poster had a mistake on it (my own mistake). Linda helped me get a new poster printed within 1.5 hours. She was kind and patient and so wonderful in my time of stress.

    We had a typo on a sign and Phil came in clutch and reprinted and mounted our sign in less than 30 minutes! He was so friendly and quick to help! Absolutely great customer service! Highly recommend this location and highly recommend Phil!
