She was able to take care of printing an 11x17 sign for me on 3/13 (can't find that receipt number!) and the next day made sure I knew I could print my airbills and get tape and other supplies I needed to ship things back to Washington DC. She was personable, patient and smiled. It was truly a breath of fresh air in comparison to some FedEx printing location that I have been to in other states.

I am so impressed with the organization of the 'cage' that the manager, Nick, maintains. It is by far the most organized one I have ever seen. He has 2 employees that are not only professional, but courteous and efficient. They are Julia and Jose. It was a true pleasure to walk into that store and not only see them, but to engage with them.
