    The clerk was on a call when I arrived. Did not ask someone from the back to assist when at least two others were there to help. They were brought out after the line behind me lengthened. Once I was assisted, the clerk kept slowing my service by talking to and helping customers in line behind me. Very unacceptable. Lastly a box three times the size of my shipment was used by the clerk. I can only assume it was to inflate my cost.

    I cannot praise the staff at this FedEx location enough! Every single employee I encountered was not only friendly and professional but genuinely went out of their way to help. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch all their names, but the four amazing team members who assisted me during my multiple work trips were simply outstanding. They handled every issue quickly, efficiently, and with such a positive attitude that made my experience effortless. Their dedication and care truly set them apart. This is by far the best FedEx I’ve ever visited. A huge thank you to the entire team for providing service that exceeded all expectations!

    Stopped in the store two different times while at a conference. Was told two different prices for box plus shipping. The store ran out of poster tubes. Recommended I go to another nearby hotel. I was there for a conference and did not have an opportunity to walk to another hotel. The posters arrived damaged and the shopping was expensive to have damaged items.

    Everyone was so helpful at 2911! I had ordered a banner plus shipped boxes to be held for a conference. Everything was ready ahead of time, and I received the best of care and help with return shipping too. Excellent banner printing and the best service!

    Sandra was great. The price estimate was very far off from the final total (I was quoted $180 but it ended up begin $480+). Not sure what happened, but I needed the product and they did a great job.
