When I called the store the quickly apologized and requested that I just emai the details directly to them. Geoff took his time and emailed me back with a bid for the project. I am so thankful for the services provided by this location and I am sure everything will turn out just right.

We also needed to ship a box to Chicago for Saturday morning. Our boxes for an event were switched and we were desperate and needed everything right away. Without any issue we were told yes. Amazing service start to finish. Geoff stayed after six and helped cut a box in half and wrapped in paper. So helpful and patient.

Sign of a great employee is knowing when to help a customer without being asked. Fong is a model example. I was able to get my preso printed, mailing labels printed and boxes shipped without having to go up to my room again.
