    Everyone was super nice and helpful, like way more than I've ever seen from a FedEx store in my life! I feel bad I don't remember everyone's name, but ya know. We're human after all. Super clean, smelled great, everyone spoke well and I wish them all the best! One employee even said hi to me a few times at the hotel as we were walking around. Total homie, he was awesome and so were all the ladies!

    These saved the day before I even landed in Cali to start my conference. Professional. Detailed. Kind. Nice. Everything you dream of in customer service! They did all our directional signage and last minute onsite printed. And saved us with a QR code issue we made. Just so thankful for this group.

    I mailed a shoe box from California to NY and the cost was $55 and was advise it will take 7 plus days.

    The cost of the printing service was not accurately relayed until just prior to trying to submit my order (the cost was 3x the quoted price). Then, I spoke to someone at the FedEx location who was very helpful but he also could not give me an accurate quote. Then, after the poster was printed, I realized the formatting was altered during printing so the poster did not look like what was submitted. Unfortunately by that point it was too late to re-print it.

    Originally visited to send a box home of over bought souvenirs. I was helped quickly and saved money by using ground. Lost my receipt and called the store and spoke to Geoff. He assured me he would find the tracking number and email it over. I sent him an email and he verified he received my email. I was told it may take a couple hours, but, I would receive an email back. Sure enough within two hours I had my tracking number and a new receipt emailed to me. Such a great experience at this location.

    Needed to print boarding passes and Geoff was willing to walk me through the process as well as answer questions about the airport. With such a busy events schedule I forgot all about the survey til I found my receipt while getting ready for my next trip. I wish all hotels had FedEx office locations to assist event travelers

    We needed an updated poster printed for the same day for our event. Geoff was willing to get the poster printed and then personally went and picked up the poster. Great service and was very happy to be able to get my poster

    Geoff was amazing, we had visited another location and needed 300 flyers printed and were told it would be two days to get them printed and to use the self serve. The self serve cut off portions of the flyers and we did not realize this until we arrived at our event. Found out there was an office on site and they were very busy. We spoke to Geoff and he assured us he would make things right and complete the job in-between two others. We were in and out within 15 minutes. So thankful for this location and their willingness to print a simple 300 flyers.

    Received a follow up email from Geoff this afternoon to ask if everything was ok with my event. Everything was amazing, we lost our shipment of meter board displays and Geoff suggested printing banner stands. He said he could do all seven and bring them back to the store Saturday morning for us. It was amazing and we were very thankful.
