    I mailed a shoe box from California to NY and the cost was $55 and was advise it will take 7 plus days.

    The cost of the printing service was not accurately relayed until just prior to trying to submit my order (the cost was 3x the quoted price). Then, I spoke to someone at the FedEx location who was very helpful but he also could not give me an accurate quote. Then, after the poster was printed, I realized the formatting was altered during printing so the poster did not look like what was submitted. Unfortunately by that point it was too late to re-print it.

    Originally visited to send a box home of over bought souvenirs. I was helped quickly and saved money by using ground. Lost my receipt and called the store and spoke to Geoff. He assured me he would find the tracking number and email it over. I sent him an email and he verified he received my email. I was told it may take a couple hours, but, I would receive an email back. Sure enough within two hours I had my tracking number and a new receipt emailed to me. Such a great experience at this location.

    Needed to print boarding passes and Geoff was willing to walk me through the process as well as answer questions about the airport. With such a busy events schedule I forgot all about the survey til I found my receipt while getting ready for my next trip. I wish all hotels had FedEx office locations to assist event travelers

    We needed an updated poster printed for the same day for our event. Geoff was willing to get the poster printed and then personally went and picked up the poster. Great service and was very happy to be able to get my poster

    Geoff was amazing, we had visited another location and needed 300 flyers printed and were told it would be two days to get them printed and to use the self serve. The self serve cut off portions of the flyers and we did not realize this until we arrived at our event. Found out there was an office on site and they were very busy. We spoke to Geoff and he assured us he would make things right and complete the job in-between two others. We were in and out within 15 minutes. So thankful for this location and their willingness to print a simple 300 flyers.

    Received a follow up email from Geoff this afternoon to ask if everything was ok with my event. Everything was amazing, we lost our shipment of meter board displays and Geoff suggested printing banner stands. He said he could do all seven and bring them back to the store Saturday morning for us. It was amazing and we were very thankful.

    Needed 6 last minute signage for our tables at the event. These were needed by 1030a with easels. No questions asked and they were complete on time. Geoff and his team are amazing and truly saved us.

    Called the location with the Hyatt about printing for an upcoming event. There are several layers to the prints and the online system was frustrating. When I called the store the quickly apologized and requested that I just emai the details directly to them. Geoff took his time and emailed me back with a bid for the project. I am so thankful for the services provided by this location and I am sure everything will turn out just right.

    Geoff was wonderful, quickly helped us to get out package sent home and let us know all the options available. Nice to be assisted with someone who will take the time to actually listen and assist accordingly.

    Geoff assisted us with sending out four frames to Hawaii at the end of our conference. After a long wait to ship it was great to be first greeted with an apology for the wait time. He quickly assessed and shipped our items at the best value option for us. Him and Leo were just amazing.

    Needed 50 double sided flyers done quickly for an event. Price was given and I advised I did not have file available. The Store Manager took his time changing the settings to get the best quality and 3 or 4 tries it came out perfect. Happy he was here to assist and his patience to get the job done right.

    Couldn't get the email to send through. Spoke to store manager and he was willing to send an email to me through his email to ensure the files would come through. I am so grateful, I needed these for Monday pickup. 8 went ahead and used the link provided to do the surveys since I know I will be way to busy once I pick the project up. Thankful for his assistance and willingness to go above and beyond, working for Medtronic we do a lot of business with FedEx, best experience in awhile

    I come to this location at least once a week. Each time, without exception Andrea, Geoff & Leonardo AKA 'The Trifecta' provide OUTSTANDING service. They are an asset to the company.
