    Omar went above and beyond to get the print job done. He stayed over an hour late when I sent in a last minute but urgent, big order for 40 printed and bound books. When he didn’t have the navy back covers that I wanted, he went to a nearby store to get them instead of having me settle for black. He truly deserves a lot of praise for his work! No one goes that above and beyond in their jobs anymore but I sincerely appreciated his dedication to helping me!

    Tracy was outstanding from the moment I arrived. As a customer with a disability in a wheelchair he immediately came to the door to assist me entering the office and was extremely attentive to my needs by coming to my chair to obtain the laptop I was shipping.     I needed to ship a package with an expensive piece of jewlery to a jewlery store. I needed more insurance than I could purchase. Jason suggested I contact the jewlery store to cover the shipping with their insurance. As he suggested, the jewlery store forwarded a FedEx shipping label to cover costs and insurance. Jason made my day so much easier. Thank you!

    The experience was great in that it was time efficient, met my shipping needs and I really enjoyed the professionalism demonstrated by Tracy who I met the day before upon checking into the Westin St. Francis and picking up some items that I had shipped via Fed Ex. It was a Conceirge level of service which I appreciate and which makes me so positive about Fed Ex. You all have great people like Tracy and that makes a big difference to the end consumer!

    "No thanks but will you do a survey?" Dave always remembers me when I pick up my Amazon packages and won't take a tip. Packages are somewhere else in hotel and he always has to go retrieve them. Always a smile even when he's busy. Today I interrupted him putting a large picture in a giant box. He stopped and took care of me even though I offered to stop back later.
