    The store was fine, the FedEx billing department is the problem. You charged a 1 pound box at an 83 pound rate & I can't get anyone to fix the problem! I've called 1-800-622-1147 & they denied my claim. I filed a claim online but it was using the "Missing Shipment" option because you don't have an option for an incorrect invoice. The Case number of the claim is not even in your system. I don't have a problem with the office site, I have a problem with FedEx's accounting department. Please be sure to tell the office site this is not their fault.

    Claudia was amazing! She had the first batch printed earlier than anticipated- and was SO helpful when I returned the next day to print 1 copy of the flyer and then ordered a second batch printed! Saved the day for our recruiting efforts_ SHE IS A KEEPER!

    I wanted next day delivery but cost would have been around $65 which is way more than I wanted to pay. Clerk who helped me suggested ground for $11, saying it would probably get there next day, or possibly the day after (a Sunday), but could take up to 5 days. I opted for that and it was delivered in 1 day! Once delivered, FedEx sent me an email and a picture of package at front door - Nice!!
