    Paul tried to fix a troublesome scanner and printer (HP) for large scale drawings. There was a line running through the prints and scans that wasn't there on the originals. Paul trouble-shot the problem, attempted to fix it, but couldn't without a service visit from HP rep. Paul was courteous and patient throughout the process, and kindly did not charge me for the prints with the black lines through them.

    I shipped my suitcase home. The man behind the counter, weighed, measured and tagged it for me. Give me the tracking number. Perfect.

    Appreciate the service. Only slightly annoying issue was I was five minutes after drop off (3:45 pm) but the driver was outside loading. The service person it was too late and would go out tomorrow. When I walked outside, the driver said I can take your package. I walked back into the store and asked for the package, which I got but could tell he was annoyed. Just left a bad taste with me.

His thoroughness and attention to detail always makes me feel completely confident that the art will be protected and arrive safely. He goes over the process and costs very straightforwardly, so that I know exactly what service I’m getting, how much it will cost, and when it should arrive. Paul’s customer service is peerless!
