    Jolene and David are both so incredibly helpful. I do not know how I would be able to get half these packages out without them. I also rely on their expertise on a daily basis.     There was no customer in the store. I went to the counter. She told me "You have to wait. I have to finish this" and made me wait. It was not a good customer service I expected.

    Ever since David showed me how to email my bulk orders in, I've been using the same method to send out empty laptop boxes. Find this to be a more efficient way of sending out boxes to users.

    Sent David a list of emails today to get a bulk order of laptop boxes shipped out. He was able to quickly get them prepped, shipped out, and sent me the receipt with all of the tracking numbers. Great/quick service keeps me coming back.

    Came into the store to discuss a big shipping job I had to do. Jolein informed me that I can email a list instead of having to come into the office. Such an easy way to do a bulk of shipments! Definitely saved me so much time.

    I needed to ship out an item and I was running tight on time before next day was unavailable. Jolein was able to assist and ensure that the package would get to the destination when it needed to. Sure enough, I checked the tracking and the package arrived with no issue. A+++ service

This store is the easiest store to work with and I try to plan my shipping days when I'm nearby. 100 out of 10 would ship again. (No, that's not a typo)

    Came into FedEx to ship a package and Jolein was able to assist me ASAP. She was able to recommend the best service at the most reasonable price.She is always the most pleasant person to work with and if there is a line, I try and wait for her to be available. Will definitely come back to this location as it's usually one of the best experiences I have at any FedEx location.
